Hi,
i have the following Warning for some Linux VMs:
Code: Select all
Failed to index guest file System. mlocate was not found
How can i solve this warning ?

Do you have mlocate installed in the Linux VM you're trying to perform indexing for?

How do i install mlocate ?

If you don't need file indexing, then you can skip this requirement and disable this option in the advanced backup job settings. As to installation instructions, then it depends on what Linux distro you have. I have made a quick google search for "install mlocate" and it returns a lot of links to choose from.
