I have a Windows share that is on a physical server (EMR Server), and I want map that share on a VM and then have it backed up with VEEAM. Is this possible? Is it just as simple is mapping the drive and setting the backup within VEEAM?

Physical share can`t be backed up by Veeam B&R, since the product is for virtual infrastructure preserving.
