Backup witout disconnect

Hi all,

how can i have inbox backup by veem explorer exchange backup as online? i tried this but i have this error, "mailbox database is being used by another process"
i should disconnected mailbox database and try that.
i want backup without disconnect. any solution plzzzz??? Thank you..

Hi Moji,

Does your error look like this one:
• Opening mailbox database may occasionally fail with the "The process cannot access the file 'C:\PATH\ese.dll' because it is being used by another process" error ?

If yes, you just need to install a new patch.

Since the error itself is the same, I believe installation of the patch should solve the problem.
What`s your Veeam B&R build number? You can find it in menu>help>about.

To be correct, Veeam Explorer is a tool for recovery, not backup.

Sorry for not mentioning it at once. That`s a bit different error.
You are not able to mount online database. If you try to, Veeam Explorer will prompt you that the file is in use with the error you provided .
