Calculating digests
Under what conditions are new digests required to be re-calculated for a replication job after the initial seed is mapped to the source VM? I believe changing VMDK size on the source VM is one. But are their others?

Re: Calculating digests
Any scenario where Veeam B&R cannot use/trust digests calculated previously - changing the disk size is one of them, changing the repository storing replica metadata is another one. Here's another existing discussion with additional details. Thanks!

Re: Calculating digests
What about if the repository storing replica metadata runs out of space? Had a scenario where some replicas recalculated digests and the only environmental event that I can correlate it to was the repository storing replica metadata ran out of space. I'm assuming that probably caused some metadata corruption of some kind?

Re: Calculating digests
If the job couldn't save/update metadata correctly, I guess this could be the cause.
