Can't backup, Error: Failed to open VDDK disk

Hi guys,

I have a messy error in my veeam b&r, version 9.5.4.2866, please would appreciate your help, I don't have a backup for today
Case number is 03746408

I got this error today, logs are updated on the case

10/09/2019 15:08:39 :: Processing SAINT Error: Failed to open VDDK disk [[MV] SAINT/SAINT_2.vmdk] ( is read-only mode - [true] )
Logon attempt with parameters [VC/ESX: [10.10.1.27];Port: 902;Login: [root];VMX Spec: [moref=2];Snapshot mor: [2-snapshot-5047];
Transports: [nbd];Read Only: [true]] failed because of the following errors:
Failed to open disk for read.
Failed to upload disk.
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
I did what was in the kb https://www.veeam.com/kb2442 , but I don't believe this is my problem since I can't find the log
VDDK error: 16053 (One or more required subsystems failed to initialize)

What can I do?

Hello! Is this the only VM that is failing to be backed up?

Yes, it is only one VM, the VM is a windows server 2008 r2, inside a vmware. Veeam server is an independant windows 10 pro

Ok so to follow up,
The support team found in the logs "VDDK error: 16064", this error is due to the new version 9.5.4.2866 and the vmware esxI version is 5.0
So we installed the hotfix in this kb https://www.veeam.com/kb2875
After installing the hotfix the backups are Ok
