Can you explain what's happening here?
My proxy is configured for SAN access specifically and I want to make sure the job is working as expected. This extra "nbd" line I'm curious about as I don't see that extra line pop up on other jobs I run through a separate proxy.

Jonathan, direct SAN mode cannot be used to write data on target due to the reasons outlined here. You can set up a proxy on the target host to be able to use hotadd for better performance. Otherwise, network (nbd) mode is always used.

Very interesting. Where can I read more about how I would add a proxy on the target host to utilize hotadd as you mention?foggy wrote:Jonathan, direct SAN mode cannot be used to write data on target due to the reasons outlined here.
