Hi,
I have 2 brand new Unity XT 380 and cannot add them to Veeam.
We have an existing Veeam 10.0.1.4854.
I tried too with a brand new VM with Veeam 11a, same issue.
Unitys have latest code 5.1.1.0.5.005.
When I try to add I set Unity IP or hostname (tried both), then credentials, then it shows Unity's certificate, I click connect, and after a looong time error message is "connection problems."
As I saw in online veeam guide there are not a lot of port to open (basically ssh and https), we did it. As the v10 Veeam server is in another vlan with firewall between veeam and unity.
The v11 Veeam server is in same vlan as Unitys and it shows exactly the same issue.
Please any ideas will be gladly welcome.
I created SR #05157914 for this since a few days now.
Supports already checked with me :
* Veeam last version v11A
• On the same network than Unity array (vlan ID X)
+ Proxy server
* Unity last version 5.1.1.0.5.005
* Management connectivity between Veeam Server and Unity is OK
* https + ssh connectivity between Veeam Server and Unity is OK
* Unity local admin account set as credentials
* FC connectivity between Veeam Proxy and Unity OK
* No firewall/antivirus

Just for reference - it turned out the issue was caused by an invalid character in the password.
