Cannot do a SharePoint Item restore

Hello,

I Have backup my SharePoint 2013 with Veeam B&R v8 and the backup process did not give any errors (SQL + Sharepoint server)

I used Application Aware and Guest file system indexing during the backup process and my AD service account credentials passed the test.

but when I start an Item restore test from the Veeam SharePoint Explorer UI, I get this error:

Some database files are missing on the SQL Server VM volumes

I search the forums here and could not find a solution. Any help is appreciated before I open a ticket to veaam

No physical RDM, exclused disks or independant disk on this VM ?
If not you should open a support case to have them look at it.
