Hi

We are having an issue where backup copy jobs are failing with following errors:

Incremental copy was not processed during the copy interval.
Processed finished with erros

Veeam tech support has take quite a while and still looking at logs.

Anyone seen this before? All the jobs were working before now they are failing randomly with this above mentioned error.

Hi CJ, the error you're seeing is a general one that could have dozens of reasons behind. In any case, logs should clearly tell where the exact issue is - I can see that your case is going to be escalated, let's see what our Tier 2 engineers can come up with after investigating the latest logs package.
