We're facing the following issue while trying to recover a backup from an RDX tape.

the same error happens with multiple backups on multiple rdx tapes. Image We already opened a ticket to veeam support but they couldn't help us. any ideas? Thank you.
It looks like consistency verification check of backup metadata has failed, which might identify file corruption caused by misbehaving hardware. However, this assumption cannot be confirmed without seeing the debug logs, so continue working with the support team. Thanks!
Neither successful backup nor green email report can guarantee that hardware does not meet unrecoverable failure later on (bit rot, for instance). But, again, it's up to support team to make a final conclusion, so let them keep working on the case.
