CASE ID 04287272 Upgrading from Veeam 9.5.4.2615 setup failed. V B&R Console failed

Attempted to perform inplace upgrade from Veeam B&R 9.5.4.2615 to Veeam 10.
Followed: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=100 Upgrading to Veeam Backup & Replication 10
Backup of config database file made and downloaded license.
Windows Server 2016 Standard OS. Standalone machine.
Upgraded Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager.
Waited for jobs to complete.
Disabled periodic and backup copy jobs.
Checked upgrade list.
1st failure : Completing Veeam Backup &Replication Setup Wizard: Setup failed. Installation was interrupted before application could be installed. You need to restart installer to try again.
I restarted and it completed. V B&R 10 shows installed on todays date.
Followed by installing Veeam B&R Console Setup. Failed: Please uninstall previous version's components from this computer first.
I did not think anything needed to be manually uninstalled during this upgrade.

Thanks for pasting your support case ID. Sometimes, the technical issues related to setup or upgrade procedures are not so straight forward from troubleshooting perspective.
