CDP : Initial VM sync fail with "PBM error occurred during PreReconfigureCallback: Fault cause: vmodl.fault.SystemError"

Hello,

I am testing Veeam CDP but I cannot achieve first replication, it hangs with this error :

PBM error occurred during PreReconfigureCallback: Fault cause: vmodl.fault.SystemError ;

It seems to be a vCenter message according to this similar post : https://help.zerto.com/kb/000003483 and the solution from vmware https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2150639

Unfortunately, restarting neither vmware-sps service nor the whole vcsa can fix the problem.

Any idea ?

yep... continue working with support Guessing on a forum on that kind of issue is hardly possible...

Hello,
well... we rely on VMware VCenter APIs... if VCenter has an issue, then this has negative influence on our product. Fixing that issue with VMware support should hopefully be possible.
