We have configured CDP with all IO filters and DNS settings. But when we start the CDP policy, it stucks in the "initial sync" state.
Anyone had the same issue and able to give an advice on this?

I see that you open a case with severity 1 but didn't got an answer besides the initial response. Please make use of the Talk to a manager option to escalate the case to our support management:
