Changed Block Tracking and Snapshots

I am having an issue with a replication job for an exchange 2010 server and I getting the error "Changed block tracking cannot be enabled: one or more snapshots present". I would understand the issue if snapshots were actually present but I double checked and they are not, how can I go about clearing this error?

Have browsed your datastore for orphaned snapshot files that are not visible in the vSphere Client?

We did not find any orphaned snapshots, any other advice?

I suggest opening a case to look into logs.

Btw, what Veeam B&R version are you using? I'm asking because among the v7 enhancements there is the ability to use CBT on VMs with existing snapshots.
