Hello,
we plan to change the IP address of our VMware VCSA 6.5.
This has already been tested in a LAB, and has worked fine.
To change the name or the IP in Veeam, i have only found this for Veeam Backup & Replication 7/8.
https://www.veeam.com/kb1905
How can I reconfigure this in Veeam?
Thank You
Best Regards
Jürgen

Re: Changeing VCSA IP Address - Veeam Configuration
Hello Jürgen,
It depends on how the vCenter was added.
If it was added by using DNS you can change IP Address and everything should keep working, since the new IP will be associated with the same name.
Another option is to go through the KB article you've mentioned to change entries in the Veeam DB. Thanks!
