Hi all,
For pre-freeze/post-thaw scripts for linux backup jobs (configured under Application-Aware Processing) is there any way to choose where these scripts run on the linux machine it's self? Currently they're being uploaded to /tmp, but /tmp is mounted with the noexec option for security.
I'm hoping I can change the job configuration to resolve this issue, rather than removing the noexec option and reducing the security of my environment.

Re: Changing pre-freeze/post-thaw script execution location?
If you create/set the LinAgentFolder registry key in HKLM\Software\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication that it will use this location for all functions, including pre/post-script. I usually recommend something like /opt/veeam, and set the permissions for that directory to be restricted to the Linux user configured in Veeam.
