I have a Backup Job that has individual VM's chosen in vSphere.
I would like to collate/move these into a vSphere VM folder and use that as the basis of the VM backup selection in the same Backup Job, the individual VM selections will be removed of course.
Q: Will this cause new backup chains/fulls on the next backup run or will Veeam recognise this and carry on as normal.?

Re: Changing to a VM folder from individual VM's - reset the backup chains of the job?
Hi Stuart, since technically you will be backing up the same VMs, the job will continue running incrementals normally, nothing to worry about. Thanks!
