Hi,
I have received a trial for VEEAM Cloud connect from a SP, they have given me their details and a username and password for my trial, however when I copy and paste the info they have given me, I get the error
"Service provider does not have SSL certificate"
Is this an issue on their end, do they not have an SSL cert or is this something I need to install?
I am using VEEAM Backup and Replication 8.0, I have confirmed the SP is also using this version
Kind regards,
Tom

Re: Cloud connect - SSL Cert?
Appears to be a SP problem. You could ask them whether they've provided you with correct cloud gateway DNS name or IP address along with proper tenant's credentials. Thanks.

Re: Cloud connect - SSL Cert?
Perhaps this info will be helpful to others.
I was seeing this same error message when trying to add a SP in Veeam B&R 9.5. I was not performing this directly on the Veeam B&R server, but rather from another server using the remote console. When I switched to using the console directly on the Veeam B&R server and tried again, it connected up to the SP just fine.
