We have Veeam Cloud Connect environment & have following concern when we are adding two MPLS cloud gateways to one pool.
Concern:
We have three VBR servers installed in three different customers site, these three customers are using same IP address for VBR Servers (Ex: 192.168.10.1), so we want to configure two MPLS gateways to one pool for these three customers, our concern is can we do this? Because our doubt is how to gateway pool communicate with these three VBR servers in same IP?
Please advice on this…

Re: Conern about adding Veeam Cloud Gateway
Harshana,
Can you please clarify your question? If you have the same IP address for managed Veeam B&R servers, then there is no issue in connecting them to the gateway/gateway pool. Keep in mind that it is a VBR server which initiates the connection to the gateway and not vice-versa. BTW, we have a reference architecture guide that briefly describes how cloud gateways operate > Cloud gateway pools
P.S. Also, if you are a service provider (registered in the VCSP program), please apply to the private VCSP forums via the user control panel.

Re: Conern about adding Veeam Cloud Gateway
Vitaliy
Thanks a lot for your reply..
We have one Veeam B&R Server with cloud connect option at service provider side and with one cloud gateway pool, outside we have two different tenants in different locations. They have two Veeam B&R servers & they configured VBR IP addresses are same (both are use 192.168.10.2 for VBR server), they are going to connect to our SP backup server through MPLS network. Hence our doubt is can we add these two tenants to our SP backup server through cloud gateway pool ?
Hope you understand my question.
Thanks

Re: Conern about adding Veeam Cloud Gateway
Harshana,
I haven't tried that with MPLS, but it does work with for regular networks where multiple backup servers have the same IP address. Anyway, you can always create two gateway pools (one for each server) too.
Thanks!
