In my Veeam B&R console, in the Virtual Machines view, if I select a virtual machine under any vCenter instance the console will stall for 20-30 seconds before registering the selection. Click another object, 30 seconds. RIght-click the current selection, 30 seconds. Anyone seen this behavior before?
I have another Veeam B&R server in a different site, with the same vCenter instances, and it does not have this problem.
We're on version 8.0.0.917. Support case 00739439.

What about SQL Server performance when you click on this view?

Logs should tell what call/request takes time when you select something in the VMs view, please continue investigating with your engineer.

Re: Console stalls under Virtual Machines view
Update: We determined it is almost certainly a database performance issue. We hare hosting both the vCenter and Veeam databases on the same SQL server, and that server is underpowered for the task.
