Constant SQL Truncate Warnings

Does anyone else struggle with non-stop warnings about unable to truncate SQL logs?
Old servers, freshly built servers it doesn't seem to matter. I'll clear the issue one way or another, reach out to Veeam, the warnings keep coming back over and over.

Give the guest application processing user the correct permission on the sql server instance. It should be sysadmin.

To back up Microsoft SQL Server data, the following roles must be assigned:

- Administrator role on the target VM.
- Sysadmin role on the target Microsoft SQL Server.

The guest user has sysadmin permissions.

Have you looked at the guest helper log what veeam is doing?

GuestHelper log location: \\GuestVM\c$\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\VeeamGuestHelper_%date%.log
