Hello!
Yesterday, I started a copy job but it ran longer than I expected and it was interrupted by the daily backup.
After the backup, the copy job "resumed".
Can I thrust the resulting vbk or do I need to restart the copy job from scratch ?
Is there a way to verify the file ?
Thanks in advance !
Jean

Re: Copy job verification
Jean, backup copy job will start where it left off, copying previous data that was not fully transferred as well as the new incremental changes. Backup file verification is performed automatically once the file is created, you can be sure that what is stored in backup copy is bit identical to what is stored in the source backup. Thanks.

Re: Copy job verification
As usual, thank you for the very fast response !
I have another question, can I change the compression setting from extreme to dedup-friendly (for instance) once the job as already run ?
Thanks in advance !

Re: Copy job verification
Changing compression level of “source” backup job shouldn’t cause any issues. Thanks.
