Hi,
I'm working on a basic disaster recovery document, to recover primary systems. What hardware/software is required, steps to take to setup the basic infra, etc etc.
One thing I was thinking about was how to setup the vSphere environment. And specifically, should I built a new vCenter, or restore the current vCenter from backup and add the hosts?
Has anybody done a restore of a vCenter?
Is it possible to backup the configuration of a ESXi host with Veeam B&R?

Re: Disaster recovery document
Just like to add that we have a vSphere Essentials license, so no profiles, distributed switches or other fancy features

Re: Disaster recovery document
Hi, backing up/restoring vCenter Server is fully supported by Veeam B&R. ESXi host configuration cannot be backed up separately though.
