Do VM replication jobs consume any licenses?

I just recently realized that I can be using Veeam B&R for replicating VMs vs just making backup chains. I currently have a license for B&R Standard Edition for 20 instances (currently at 22 used) and I want to start using VM replication for all my virtual servers. I can't quite tell if this will consume any licenses or not.

You will need a license for the source vm, which you are replicating.
If this vm is already in a backup job, the same license will be used.

1 license per vm, no matter how many Jobs (Backup, Replication, Backup Copy) do you use for this one vm
