You can select default credentials for this backup job in the „Guest OS credentials“ dropdown. With the „Add…“ button, you can add new credentials for this job. If you want to change the stored password from existing usercredentials, click on „Manage Accounts“.

Thank you. I understand that you can select the <default> or other credentials. And that is working fine.
But if you add a VM the default credentials are <default>. So I want to know are can I set a new passwort for the <default> credentials.

"default" means that it uses the account selected on the wizard previous page. The one that Fabian listed.
You can go there to "Credentials" to select and edit them.
There is also the central management for credentials:
