EM self service different notifications subjects per job status

Hello, Veeam pros

Our setup:
VBR (11.0.1.1261 P20220302) +vCloud Director + Self service based on EM

We are having an issue where depending on the outcome of a job (warning\error\success) customers receive differently structured notification e-mails. Let's say we have an organization named "TEST" and a job called "LINUX", for warnings and errors customers would get an e-mail where subject would just consist of the job name "LINUX", for success he would get organization prefix + job name in the subject - TEST_LINUX. I wonder what of those is expected and what is a misbehavior, I would appreciate if you could clarify that for me, thanks in advance

and welcome to the forums.
for success he would get organization prefix + job name in the subject - TEST_LINUX.
That sounds like a bug to me. Did you already open a support case for that? I see different behavior in my lab.

At the time I don't have access to the tech support, what exact behavior do you see in your lab? Is it with the org prefix added or not for you and for what outcomes? Thanks

Hello,
I don't have an org prefix for "success" when running a backup job.

I get exactly what you describe for warning and error:
for warnings and errors customers would get an e-mail where subject would just consist of the job name "LINUX"
