Error: [CloudService] CCloudAgent is not present.

Hi, we're running Veeam B&R v11a, 11.0.1.1261 P20220302. We have a number of backup-copy jobs that send backups from our local backup repository to our Veeam Cloud Connect Partner. Most of these copy jobs work successfully. However one of them fails, reporting "Error: [CloudService] CCloudAgent [<string of characters>] is not present". What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Hello George,

There are could be different reasons. For example, this could happen because of a connection lost to cloud services which then causes stale agent sessions to be referenced. You may try to restart the job and cloud service to see if this can get the job processing again successfully.

Please open a support case and provide a case ID in this thread so we could collect all the additional details and investigate it accordingly.

Problem seems to have been solved, must have been a temporary network dropout.
