Error in restore recovered veeam backup file

Good evening everyone,
I wanted to ask you for help or advice, a customer did the bakup with veeam on a nas, the raid was destroyed and sent the nas to a data recovery center, they recovered the veeam files, I read the contents of the backup, but if I go to restore the file is damaged. Is there a procedure for verifying the file or repair so that only what is consistent is recovered? Could I solve this with Veeam's support?
