Hi Team!
After i did changes on credentials used under the Managed Servers for a specific Windows that act a VMware Proxy ( from a domain account, to local admin account ), the Guest Processing of thejobs now are trying to failling back to the backup server for a unknow reason.
There are no change on the network and the Guest Processing credentials. I still able to access the admin$ from the Guest Interaction Proxy to the target servers. The Test now inside the job also works fines.
Any idea what is the reason of this behavior ?
Failed to inject guest runtime using guest interaction proxy, failing over to backup server
Failed to inventory guest system: Veeam Guest Agent is not started

Re: Error on Guest Processing after changes in Proxy
Have you tried to disable the remote UAC on your proxy?
And if that doesn't help, in what format did you enter the proxy credentials? hostname\username?

Re: Error on Guest Processing after changes in Proxy
Hi!
The UAC can't be disable because we are working on the hardening of Veeam Servers. the problem is the format of credentials, it was on the "USERNAME" instead "HOSTNAME\USERNAME".
Thanks

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one experiencing this
