Estimated Deployment Time....

hi guys

I've never installed veeam backup and replication but I will be installing in a few days
This is the scenario 4 ESXi 5 servers Primary Site and one ESxi 5 in the remote Site. All network configuration is already done.

I just have to installed and deploy veeam backup and replication so is there an estimated time to deploy this?

24 hours? 32? one week?

Well, it depends on the configurations and jobs' complexity you will create, but for the deployment time of Veeam itself, it's going to take you less than a working day. I'm my lab a can recreate a Veeam setup with proxies and other stuff in less than 4 hours. Even if you are not used to it, in a day you can complete the whole deployment.
I'm not taking into the count the time waiting to complete backups and replicas, obviously

thanks a lot so it can like a day for the initial deployment and I suppose two more days to check the replicas and backups

Yep, checking and validation activities are free to take whatever duration customer needs/wants/can pay, considering also fine tuning after the first bunch of jobs if backup window/speed/job overlapping/storage congestion (add others...) needs to be adjusted.
