ESXi 6.0 Patch 3 (4192238) safe to install?

Hi All,

Is build 4192238 safe to install? Is anyone aware of any backup issues? CBT related or not.

I'm just a little paranoid these days with every 2nd VMware patch breaking CBT is one way or another.

Build 4192238 has been out over a month now and I don't recall seeing any posts about it.

Been running it without issue here for a few weeks. Haven't experienced any problems or even seen anyone else mention any on any of the sites/blogs I follow

I thought Surebackup was broken in the previous patch (or maybe the one before) anyway. Every time I've tried to get it running recently it's always failed, in saying that I've haven't yet put a lot of time into it

Thanks Foggy, we don't use Surebackup yet. So I assume I can safely ignore that.

As mentioned above, CBT should work fine, but the patch can cause issues with Surebackup.
