Yes, Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 are outdated, but we still use it. We plan to migrate to Office 365 this fall.
However, my question is about restoring a 2003 VM executing Exchange 2003.
My 2 DC are saved just before, and VSS is activated in Veeam.
Does Veeam 7 permit to restore in a simple way my exchange 2003 VM ?

Olivier, full VM restore is supported for any OS supported by VMware.

With Veeam 5, the Exchange database files were prefixed with an "_", not with veeam 7 ?
