Hi,
I would like to know if VEEAM have the possibility to export a virtual machine from one ESX 8 server and import them to a other ESXi 8 server without network.

You mean there is no network connectivity between both sites? In this case you can take a standalone backup of a Virtual Machine, move it to target location, and restore it there. Is that something that will answer your requirements? Or are you after something different? Thanks!
