Failed direct restore to AWS EC2: Insufficient capacity

I peformed to direct restore to AWS EC2.

After click Proxy Appliance process, display the error message below.

Failed to validate proxy appliance: Insufficient capacity.
Proceed anyway?
Yes No
===

After click "Reson" process, display the error message below.
===
Failed to validate machine "VM name" : Insufficient capacity.
===

How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Ta_yoshizumi,

Could you please share how much RAM you have on your Proxy Appliance and if it meets the requirement mentioned here. Also, I would check the amount of free space on the storage.

Just in general, I would recommend you to reach out to our support team (and this is also mentioned in our Forum rules), because ideally, we should take a look at the log files, understand what B&R version you have, etc.

It seems that AWS does not currently have enough On-Demand capacity available to service your request, and thus neither proxy appliance nor new EC2 instance (for restored VM) can be created. Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for the reply.

I ran the proxy appliance instance with increased specifications, and the error ceased.

After that, I confirmed the statics of the restore, the following error was output.

What is the error that occurs here?
