Failed write command to write-quiesced partition

Post by m.novelli »

Hi guys, after updating some customers to Veeam 6.1 from Veeam 5 I started getting randomly this error on Vmware:

Code: Select all

Target: vmware6.centralelatte.local
Stateless event alarm
Alarm Definition:
([Event alarm expression: Host error] OR [Event alarm expression: Host warning])
Event details:
Issue detected on vmware6.centralelatte.local in Centrale Latte: ScsiDeviceIO: 3081: Failed write command to write-quiesced partition naa.6d4ae5200074b1c10000031a4f475854:1
(2012-06-17T22:53:43.717Z cpu9:4973)
Actually I have this issue with three different customers, with different server model (Dell PE2950 and Dell PE R610) / different storage type (Dell Powervault MD3000i, HP MSA2000, Dell PowerVault MD3200i) and different Vmware release (two on vSphere 4.1 U2 and one on vSphere 5.0 U1)
All storages are iSCSI

Did someone experienced a similar issue?

Many thanks,

Marco
