Failover Configuration

hi every body
I have 2 HP dl580 with same config and local hard (4*600GB-Raid1+0)
both have Vmware ESXi5.1U1
in Host01 I have 2 Virtual Machins name Vm01 and VM02
I want to config my Veeam to have a mirror copy of this 2 vms on my second Host and my original vm with thair mirror every 5min and if Host 01 crashed or power offed or had any problem my second host work in place of first one .
Or in other words I want to have the same Vms on both Host .
what shod i do ?

You should use replication jobs. While 5 minutes is pretty short RPO, not sure you will be able to do that (depends on the amount of changes produced by the VMs), however what you can definitely do to get minimal RPO is using continuous replication - in this case each subsequent job run will start on completion of the previous job run, so the RPO will be equal to the time required to complete a job.
