Feature Request: Heirachial Guest Credentials

Hi all,

We are a IAAS Managed Service Provider, who customers have a lot of mixed workloads.
As such, especially where they have Web Servers, they tend to have Domain Systems and Non domain systems.
To keep the backups simple, we group these all together, however, the Guest Credentials only has one level worth of folders that you can select credentials in.
The other alternative would be to allow us to implicitly select the virtual machine (almost like the exclusions section) so that we can assign the correct credentials just to that machine or machines.

Thoughts?

Hi All,

I've actually got another one..
Again, as a Service Provider, we have no access to the VLAN's.. Almost exclusively, we are using VIX to complete all tasks.
Can there be made a way to:

1.) During a test Credentials to disable the RPC check all together
2.) Have the ability to check a single or selection of Virtual machines and not all of them.

Generally, there will be a single VM which has an issue, but we have to check through 30+ VM's to get to the one which has failed, only to have to repeat this multiple times, wasting lots of time and resources.

Do you mean the ability to specify individual guest OS credentials for some of the added VMs? This ability is there, just click the Credentials button at the Guest Processing step.
