This is not limited to just the VMware portion, however it would be very useful to either select multiple jobs to edit or select a proxy, repository, etc and be able to remove or add that proxy to multiple jobs instead of going through each and every job to do this.

Have you consider doing this with our PowerShell? That's what most of our customers use for bulk job settings modifications.

As you mentioned the Proxy specifically. You can configure for each Repository the "Proxy Affinity" and set in the job the Proxy selection to "Auto".
Then you can select new Proxies for the Repository and all jobs will follow.
