Hi,
Can somebody explain the behaviour of connection reset on a file copy job ?
we create a file copy job with a file of 1 TB.
What is the expexted behaviour when you start the job again after a disconnected session :
- will the 1 TB file be copied again over the network to the target ?

Re: File copy job after a connection reset
Hi,
In a case of a connection reset, all transmitted files remain on the target, but the job will not start over until the next scheduled run. However you can get an alert and start the job manually.
Thanks.

Re: File copy job after a connection reset
Thanks,
will this 1 big file of 1 TB be copied again, or will it proceed where it was interrupted (say proceed after 80%) ?

Re: File copy job after a connection reset
Regardless of whether or not file copy job has been interrupted during the latest cycle, it always copies source file(s) anew. Thanks.
