file indexing sles 12 vsphere vm inconsistencies in handling

Hi there!
I am running Veeam Backup & Replication in the build 11.01.1261
For some kind of new release the R & D team should consider to improve the consistency of the "test now" option in the guest processing.
As far as i understand when file indexing is checked the test include testing if mlocate is installed.
But during the backup process the file indexing fails even though the test now reported success.

I can not recal that the "test now" button has any testing for mlocate availability.
Did you saw a menu item or documentation that state this?

my perception was that if you check the indexing check box and mlocate is not installed at all you get a mlocate not installed error in the test now action, i will recheck and post you a screenshot
