FLR of files with period in the filename

when we do an FLR of a Windows VM, the files with the period at the beginning of the filename are restored without the period, so if the backed up file was ".stgloc", it gets restored as "stgloc"

Confirmed for the Copy To option, restore should work fine. Are you using Copy To? Will be fixed in 9.5.
