Yes, technically this works - but you need to check Microsoft licensing agreement for Hyper-V Server, as I think it is not allowed from this view.

That is correct. I looked at this some times ago, and Microsoft specifically does not allow running 3rd party software in the parent partition of Microsoft Hyper-V Server. Which makes sense, as otherwise it would give everyone unlimited number of free Windows Servers to use.

I tried to find out what is free Hyper-V server limitations and only found that this is free and time unlimited...
I didn't find any limitations.
Can you please provide some link to microsoft site and/or documentations where you found this limitations?

It was in the licensing policy for Microsoft Hyper-V Server (sorry, no time to search for it right now).

Can you please provide some link to microsoft site and/or documentations where you found this limitations?
You will find this information in license policy that must be accepted during the Hyper-V Server setup. And yes, it does not seem to allow installing anything besides VM monitoring or management software. Thanks!
