Hi,
We are trying to restore a vm that has 3 disks on different datastore. We are doing full vm restore to it's original location.
After the restore all VMDK are restored into the same datastore. they are restored in the datastore where the vm config (vmx, nvram, etc) files are stored
is it normal that it doesn't restore the vmdk disk in there original datastore?
Thank you

Re: Full vm restore to original location
Hi there,
You can specify where each disk of the VM is to be located on restore in the 'Datastore' step of the restore wizard.
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... l?ver=95u4
Hope that helps.

Re: Full vm restore to original location
Hi,
it's not normal. It's a known bug that will be fixed in V10.
There is also a hotfix for 9.5U4b. You can reference to case 03767473
Best regards,
Hannes
