hello there,
i have the following scenario:
1x VMware Cluster with 60 VMs
2x Hardware SANs (DotHill AssuredSAN™ 4000 series)
4x ESXi Hosts
everything is connected over Fiberchannel
i want a solution to achive the following:
merge the two Harware SANs and introduce them the VMware cluster as one Storage pool
is this possible?

Re: Hardware SAN Replication
Greetings Friedrich!
That can be done using various tools, from native-to-storage clustering mechanics(check your storage capabilities), over to native-to-esxi like VMware vSAN. Veeam does not offer storage pooling software. Anyhow, Veeam will protect your VMs no matter of storage presentation type!
/Cheers
