Hosting VeeamONE and Veeam Backup SQL DB ?

Can I migrate the Veeam Backup DB from the builtin SQL Express into the dedicated SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition which is already running VeeamONE SQL Database ?

If yes, may I know what's the steps involved that is required since the server is located in different physical site.

Why is that happening after the migration and I cannot open the VBR console ?

Not yet solved, because I haven't uninstalled my existing SQL Server Express 2008R2 yet.

I can make it to work because I have granted the service account as the sysadmin on the SQL Server 2012 physical box.
