Hi,
Just a quick question: Would we have any problems backing up VMDK's larger than 2 TB with Hot Add when using VBR?

There used to be issues related to certain vSphere version, but they have been solved already. Thanks.

Correct, entirely depends on vSphere/VMFS versions. Another useful link on the matter.
