How assign current free lic socket to a new esxi

Bonjour,
We are updating our Vcenter/esxi to v7 (remove old esxi v6 (2 sockets) and add new esxi V7 (2 sockets)) .
With EM I can revoke socket lic corresponding to oldesxi , but I can't assign this socket lic to my new esxiV7.
If I reapply our entire covered lic file , the free token are not assign to the new ESXI

Hi,
it will get assigned once the first job starts to backup from those new ESXi hosts.
Let us know in case that doesn't work.
