How to check correct version and build number

Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading my customer Veeam B&R v9.5 U4 to v11.x
When I ran the upgrade it detected that the current version for both the server and the console is v9.5.4.2615.

When I checked the console version by checking the Help - About, it shows v9.5.4.2866.
When I ran the command "(Get-PSSnapin VeeamPSSnapin).Version", it gives me the following

Major Minor Build Revision
9 5 0 0

So which one is correct then?

Help > About tells the truth.
Not sure why upgrade might have detected GA build instead of currently installed 4b.
