Re: How to improve my backup speed
Hello Julian
Please open a support case. Our customer support team will be able to give you recommendation after investigating the log files.
Don't forget to provide the case number with us.
One indicator is the bottleneck statistics. The job runs most of the time in trying to read the data from the source, while the other components are waiting.
You may take a look at our FAQ which provides an explanation on how to read those bottleneck values:

Best,
Fabian

Re: How to improve my backup speed
Support case will help.
Look at the source though for the 99%.... Are you running too much concurrently? perhaps you need faster storage, faster networking, more servers, config issues etc. Find the bottle neck and go from there.

Re: How to improve my backup speed
Hello Julian,
If it helps, i had a similar problem with a 99% bottleneck source. The problem was the storage source which the hdds were tired of.
