How to send-keys to VM in SureBackup "Console"

Post by Novox »

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to send keys like ctrl-alt-delete TO the Veeam SureBackup Console (the window that appears when you click on a running VM in the SureBackup session window).

I can see my SureBackup VM is running, and I can see it's waiting for control-alt-delete to login, but I don't know how to send control-alt-delete to the VM. (I'm forced to login via the Virtual Lab's VMWare interface and control the VM that way).

Thank you!

Usually working with the VMware console or with SSH/RDP is the way to go for on demand labs.

From the B&R Server or from the Backup console that you have started the on demand sure backup virtual lab job, you can reach the servers over the masquerade IP address range. With same IP address ending if you want to login by SSH/RDP. The B&R Server and the console got a temporary route to be able to work with the through the virtual lab appliance.
